Physical and Occupational Therapy
We are committed to providing outstanding care for children in combination and coordination with other primary care and specialty care providers, and day care, school and community service agencies. We work closely with families to address their needs and to incorporate their goals in developing and implementing their child's treatment program to give the child the greatest opportunity to succeed.
Treatments
Our physical therapists and occupational therapists specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of infants, children, and adolescents with a variety of congenital, developmental, neuromuscular, skeletal, or acquired disorders/diseases that may cause limitations in any of the following areas:
- Gross motor development
- Fine motor development
- Balance and coordination
- Strength and endurance
- Joint mobility
- Breathing and airway clearance
- Eating or feeding
- Activities of daily living
- Perceptual skills
- Cognitive processing/attention
- Sensory processing/integration

Appointments and Contact Information
Outpatient physical therapy and occupational therapy services require a referral and prescription. Some insurance companies also require precertification. After a referral/ authorization is completed, an appointment can be scheduled by calling 919-684-3730.
