Children from Camp Kaleidoscope were asked to name who their Duke Children's stars were. The names you see among the stars are the doctors and nurses whom the children deemed as their shining examples of hope and compassion during their experiences at the hospital. The other side of the quilt features the handprints of the young children in silver and gold.
