At the conclusion of the 14th Annual Radiothon for Duke Children's Hospital & Health Center, Dr. Joseph St. Geme, CMO of Duke Children's Hospital & Health Center and Chair of the Duke Department of Pediatrics, and Bill Jordan and Sheri Logan of MIX 101.5's Bill and Sheri in the Morning Show, announced a three-day total of $1,175,759.71. MIX 101.5 listeners, along with proceeds from "Change Bandits" came together to make magic happen again for Duke Children's.
The Radiothon for Duke Children's raises more money per capita than any other Children's Miracle Network radiothon in the U.S. and Canada. "We are thrilled with the generosity our community shows year after year," said Kristen Johnson, Major Gifts Officer at Duke Children's.
Duke Children's Hospital offers a huge thank you to MIX 101.5 WRAL-FM and to all the sponsors, patient families, hundreds of volunteers, and thousands of donors who held Duke Children's in their hearts this Valentine's Day.
Thank You
